TRAINING REGISTRATION

Register for training with Robert D. Benjamin by filling out the form below or sending a note with relevant contact information, the training program for which you are registering, and briefly, your background, experience and profession, along with a deposit of $100.  Payment can be made by check, Pay Pal or credit card via PayPal.  Checks should be payable to Robert D. Benjamin, P.C. , 1234 SW 18th Avenue, Suite 105, Portland, OR, 97205.

There will be a full refund of a deposit for any course that is cancelled and you will receive  an additional 10% discount coupon for a future course.   An administrative fee of $25 will be charged for cancellations by a participant within 14 days of a planned course, although the fee may be applied toward a future course.

The fee includes the CD rom, The Effective Negotiation and Mediation of Disputes:  Applied Theory and Practice Handbook,  9th edition, 2004,  which includes practice forms, session graphics and agendas.
